- 2 C. Bisquick
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/3 C. Milk
- 1 C. grated apple
- 1 egg
Syrup
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 C. apple cider
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 C. butter
add all at one time bring to a boil...until butter is melted.
Serve with Sour Cream.
I double both the pancake batter and the syrup for my family.
